Use garbage bins provided in the premises. 5] The area is wet and slippery. Running around shall be risky.
Advance payment made for booking at Dreamworld Waterpark and Beach Resort is strictly non-refundable. However, guests may request a change of booking dates within 15 days from the original booking date. Date changes are subject to availability and confirmation by the resort.

Guests are advised that participation in water park activities, swimming pools, water slides, amusement rides, adventure activities, and the use of any resort facilities involves inherent risks. By entering the resort premises and using its facilities, guests acknowledge and accept these risks voluntarily.
The resort shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, damage, illness, or medical emergency arising from the guest's actions, negligence, failure to follow safety instructions, health conditions, or misuse of resort facilities. Guests are responsible for exercising reasonable care and caution while using all resort amenities.
In the event of an accident or medical emergency, all medical expenses, hospital charges, ambulance fees, treatment costs, and related expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the guest or their guardian.
Subject to vehicle availability, the resort may provide transportation assistance through its van service to the nearest hospital in the Virar area. Such assistance is provided solely as a courtesy and is not guaranteed.
